Safe Harbor Statement: Please take a look at https://ieefa.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Red-Flags-on-ExxonMobil-XOM-A-Note-to-Institutional-Investors_October-2016.pdf, published in 2016.

While Darren is getting 25% raise in 2019 while depriving engineer their due credit and compensation who have delivered tangible ($35 MM/year) APC Benefits at JV in KSA
Hi fellow EM colleagues, is this forum only for US employees? I’m in Singapore and I didn’t get any invites for this event, would like to see what D.W. says after hiding for so long..
ZOMG! Sorry for being slow to realised this fact, Darren Woods benefited from paying those dividends.. darn.. Is he trying to gain as much as possible before billing?!
Darren Woods gets 25% raise in 2019 while XOM Mkt cap gets cut in half and gets booted out of DJIA while an engineer who makes additional $35Million/year does not get a penny in bonus and ranked at bottom 20%. Only in Exxon Mobil! https://www.dallasnews.com/business/energy/2020/04/10/exxon-mobil-ceo-darren-woods-got-a-25-pay-raise-in-2019/
Execs make more from the stock awards and dividends than from salary.
He won’t resign and if he were forced out it would be downplayed. Soooo that leaves announcement of cuts?
He’s going to ask us all to contribute to his gofundme
DW and other executives need to go on $1/year salary until things improve. Learn from greatest CEOs in America!
@uqd+17t7Fe71 Screw the employees, replaceable and disposable.. ExxonMobil is such a great company and talents will naturally be drawn to us. Remember D.W. mentioned it’s a business too.. he will pay those dividends! Besides.. it’s thanksgiving soon and he will need those sweet dividends for the joes
