I don’t know about truth conversations but my department in general had no clue wtf they are doing. They had no directions nor willing to progress on any projects. They are all just wasting time or doing something about to be waste of time. My manager is always on the call or meeting so he looks busy but never knew what or why he was busy for.
The culture at Ford is to never, I repeat NEVER admit you made a mistake! Department credibility trumps Quality.

Those posters with the lies (truths) went in the trash the week they were received probably about a year and a half ago now
Ford truths:
Let the customer beware (note the recalls and Class Action lawsuits).
Let’s make vehicles with the lowest price products we can find globally (even though the supplier employees will never buy a Ford).
Management is always right, despite stock price and employee sentiment.
That is yesterday's news. New CEO, New slogan. I like the Orwellian Farley quote bumper stickers on the main page. I only understand one truth: saying what actually happened. AKA THE TRUTH. But management makes up their own truth so they change the the definition of truth, which becomes a lie.
