Even in a down economy, you’re seeing the top talent from the successful airplanes leave the company. Plenty of 500/600 people aren’t leaving because it’s not recognized as the success the 550/650 were and the 700 will be. Who is left that doesn’t simply have strong roots to the area?

I was on an older program and got a new job out of the area, better pay pretty fast considering the pandemic. Being on the program I was on was a big selling point since the work we did was so good.
