It’s not going to be worth anything this round because they gave it to those that were Part of the reduction in force, so it’s going to mean squat

These "Inspire Leadership" surveys never have any questions about how we think executive or upper leadership is doing. Just immediate manager. They should provide some questions about executive and upper leadership, why does that never happen? :)
My immediate manager is being laid off and they are always rated extremely high on those things... this time it will be 5’s across the board... bad decision by allstate
This survey only affects your immediate manager, so if you trash Allstate on this you’re only hurting your boss. Allstate isn’t going to change anything based on survey responses. I HIGHLY doubt it’s anything close to anonymous, at the very least they can probably tell who wrote what based on wording, etc. Something to think about before you fill it out, in the end you may feel better for 5 minutes but you’re only hurting your own career
I've noticed through countless surveys and barometers that nothing changes based on these. I was selected to continue with the company but I often wonder if I would've been better off (mentally) being let go.
They asked for transparency and that’s what they got! ;)
I provided good feedback about my immediate manager/leader. I like them, they manage well, etc.
There are questions on transformative growth, and hopefully I don’t have a target on my back now, but I was honest and indicated I disagreed and didn’t feel the company was transparent... they are dragging it out for those of us that don’t know our fates yet. I’d rather they just rip the bandaid off. I understand it’s intentional because they are hoping people quit first, but I haven’t ever heard of a company announcing that there will be mass layoffs weeks before communicating all areas of impact.
