Most HR personnel encourage this downplayed EEOC theory to undermine the employee and redirect influence about the way they handle people to discourage you from pursuing legal action. SLB is the hoax....
I remember one person from HR was saying earlier that EEOC is a hoax and big blue lawyers and management are Gods.
Hey man, it’s more than $9 million since 2000. I think this is probably published data from open forum. This does not talk about how many are settled out of court.
