Just got a calendar invite for another wave-style meeting. KW is meeting with small groups of EAs for an hour in several waves from Wednesday to Thursday. Anyone have any thoughts about what’s going to happen? I’m sure we’ll find out tomorrow.

So what happened? Was it this past week or this coming Wednesday and Thursday?
KW fires TOP performers and sales are DOWN 10% for POLS in less than 3 months. KW should be fired. At a time when online college is booming, he continues to make poor decisions. I am sure he won't be fired, but instead, more lower level employees will go through yet another bloodbath. Pearson....Always learning....When are you going to learn to hire the right people and get rid of dead weight?

Looks like he's required to share the quarterly results. Overall sales have declined by 10%. While this is bad, it's not as bad as it could have been as enrollment in Pearson's virtual school (not POLS) was up 32% due to Covid and helped salvage things a bit.

When is the first wave? Can someone in that first wave share with us what he’s about to project onto the rest of us. I’m already feeling nauseous thinking of the sound of his voice.
He’s bored and needs to fill up his calendar with stuff to do. That’s the Pearson mantra. Internal meetings galore!
