I'm pretty sure that this holiday-season sales will be the deciding factor for us not just on the store level but also on the company level on whether we survive or not. I think we've been hanging by a thread for a while now, and if we can't show significant improvement soon, this will be our last holiday season. For all of us.

Told we aren’t hiring any extra help for holiday season. Obviously not expecting the normal, busy season . I don’t see how we will survive.
This year major stores changing Black Friday sales. A lot offering online sales . Going into stores is still questionable for many as talk of the virus’ second wave grow. Physical stores will see major decline in sales. After this holiday, many stores will close, it’s inevitable.
People who are going to sue do not announce it. This lady is just blowing hot air. There will be no lawsuit.
The cyber attack is just the icing on the cake. This event cements their fate. Goodbye BN and down with you. You should have done/been better.

You have named names, repeatedly attacked women managers, named their locations and stores, and you have lied repeatedly.
You like to leave out details, such as the ill employee you referenced, actually left the job on her own.

Ask the store managers at the Boston store about the ill women who were harassed and forced to quit. One with CANCER, she should have sued.
This will probably be BN’s last holiday.
The holiday season will break B&N. No one wants to shop in stores anymore. Everyone is ordering online and Amazon pricing equates to the employee discount with faster shipping than B&N online. People are only supporting small independents so their towns don’t deteriorate.
