Corporate Cards Deactivated

Are corporate credit cards deactivated and accounts closed out prior to layoffs? In prior layoffs, corporate accounts were closed out a few days before layoffs. I do not have a corporate card currently so can’t check to test this theory.

You don’t have a corporate card, why would you be interested in “testing the theory”??

Days before the layoff happens. Obviously it will be closed after so employees can’t use it....
