Has anyone else noticed that open enrollment hasn’t been mentioned yet this year? Makes me suspicious of big changes to the benefits package...

Yes, no emails out but all the info is on the intranet and it opens next week
If you did a simple search on the HR site you’d know that it starts on October 19th.
The company is already self insured. Aetna just administers the program, pays the doctors, etc.
That's not likely to change.
It’s amazing how bad leadership not only destroys good employees but entire companies. Poor leadership from top to bottom.
They are working on it.
Several benefits involved.
From what I've seen, getting out of Aetna and going 'self-insured' for the company in US.
Medical and other expenses submitted through the AmEx.
Probably need to increase your faxing skills, but basically competitive with other O$Gs.
How late in the year can open enrollment run?
Our DH mentioned they will be coming out soon. Timing in line with last year but good question what they will look like...

Health insurance enrollment for 2021
I was wondering the same thing so I dug through my email and found that open enrollment last year ran from oct 23 - nov 8. So I think we are still good in that regard. But I wouldn’t be surprised if the options this year are worthless.
What is “open enrolment” and is this specific to US only?
