Just landed at Geico. Was offered full benefits and profit sharing. They are growing and need more adjusters to handle the growth.

I have been there and done that, I would have rather stayed at Allstate and gone through what you went through.
Geico micromanage worse than Allstate. However, at least you got a job with benefits. Allstate just threw us to the wolves.
Geico has no soul. You think Allstate is bad.....

All the same c-ap just different logo. In fact my Allstate experience in terms of atmosphere and morale was better than Geico. May have just been the areas I worked though.
I know several that went to GEICO 2-3 years ago, they liked it for about a year then realized it was the same c-ap they dealt with at Allstate but they were paid more, one of them is now a manager and said if it wasn't for the money he would leave, he wouldn't recommend working there.
Had siu job offer. We will see where my loyalty gets me.
