Where the hell are you all finding jobs to be able to leave in such high numbers? Asking for a friend.

The guys that have left in my state have gone to work at shops, I’ve seen slot of adjusters (not just at Allstate) do that over the years
Tesla- they are opening their own insurance division
I started my exit last year, saving, paying off debt and overall preparation not knowing covid was on the way. I had an intuition after 2 decades with allstate that the job was going to get worse and worse. After covid hit the unattainable metrics, the constant micro management and supervisors at all levels becoming harder and harder to cope with. This company has been planning something like this for years, they have wanted to go virtual for along time. Covid gave them the green light to proceed with a major reorganization. I felt like I had a target on my back after the lockdown, I resigned early August did not care if I would miss out on a potential severence. Able to survive for months unemployed if needed due to prior preparation. Found employment in the automotive collision industry after 2 months. I started as an outside field adjuster. Prepare and plan your exit if possible.
I'll tell you once I have my new job secured.
