Capital has been all but frozen/cut off for building, expansion, and new construction. They're removed all previous programs that assisted in shared investment and future revenue recoup. In short, there is no long term vision, they've essentially abandoned the small/med business marketplace, and want to increase revenue by selling additional products and services into existing customer accounts. The narrative that Storey tells wall street and the world about Sm/Med business growth, network expansion, etc, is complete BS. Meanwhile, be sure to check out exec comp will be at end of 2020....and don't look now, but the company spent 90 million dollars to have a consulting firm tell them how to restructure. No telling what the entire Lumen transformation's final tab will be. Get it yet?
