Thread regarding Anthem Inc. layoffs

Looking for impressions/ comments on PEGA

Just wondering if anyone else out there finds this system as frustrating as I do.

Pega is a low-code develop platform. As long as the business case is straight forward it will work fine. If trying to use for something more innovative/complex, then you’ll fight with the product.

Low-code solutions appeal to management as they make for great presentations. Reality is a different story in a complex environment.

A couple of different lines of businesses use this application. Is this from a commercial perspective?

NextGen for appeals needs to be taken to state regulators as the most deficient, unstable and high privacy risk platform used at Anthem today. Everyone involved in making the decision needs to be exposed and not protected anymore. SPEAK UP PEOPLE!
