However, any management team that refuse to give their employees cost of living increases over many years either have:
a) No morals.
b) Genuinely believe they are more important than the true wealth creators in the company.
c) Don't care about employees and just want to make money whilst they can.
d) Don't care about the customers for the same reason.
e) Don't give a monkey's about the company's long term future (they'll be resting in Palm Beach by the time it folds).
f) All of the above.
We all know this company is doomed. What makes those of that remain angry is it didn't have to be this way. Endless good will has been abused and exploited by a greedy avaricious few at the top. Shame on them.
