This what we keep hearing in every town hall "No Money in the Budget for pay rasies", well why do we keep seeing all these ZERO dollar Award of performance-vesting SEC Fillings for the board.
If you can pay us in real currency, then give us company stock for ZERO dollar's and allow us to sell it on the open market like the board member's.

I dont think his that stupid, how will he go on a town hall if that happens? Nobody will believe a word if that was to happen and the company will fail quickly.
So I think if the workers aren't awarded anything the top will take a pay cut as they already receiving millions. I'm sure it's going to be around 4 - 6% for levels upto 7.

This company is really lucky that COVID happened. A lot of people who would have bailed, are now just waiting for the shaky job market to settle and see how bad the recession is going to get. Mike and all his Accenture friends are 'slash and burn' con artists.

No, shame on you. To repeatedly be denied a raise is either because you are incompetent and do not deserve one, or you are too timid or lazy to go find a better job.

However, any management team that refuse to give their employees cost of living increases over many years either have:
a) No morals.
b) Genuinely believe they are more important than the true wealth creators in the company.
c) Don't care about employees and just want to make money whilst they can.
d) Don't care about the customers for the same reason.
e) Don't give a monkey's about the company's long term future (they'll be resting in Palm Beach by the time it folds).
f) All of the above.
We all know this company is doomed. What makes those of that remain angry is it didn't have to be this way. Endless good will has been abused and exploited by a greedy avaricious few at the top. Shame on them.

They need to be giving stocks options to normal staff, decent companies do that so that staff have a share and are more driven to the success of the company.
