Can confirm, we are still growing. Had a call today to review the grow plan with the decision manager 5 levels up. Some edits on the .ppt, had a period out of place and font was not official ExxonMobil font in superscript of 'we will grow cubed', or WWG^3 as we affectionately call it. We will re-review next week then send on to a few more people to review so we can 'synergize' and 'test' this is the absolute best decision and then make a group-think decision on it... maybe, as long as decision manager sees zero risk and will look good for next promotion at expense of stockholders. One more deep dive on a few ideas that came up by decision manager, and may be almost ready. Shout out to leadership. Without the great, caring leadership that is in this with me, I don't know where I would be today! Need to run, diversity call to call into and make positive comment about nothing in order to stay relevant to leadership.
