Company is planning major layoffs in all high cost/high salary regions - America and Western Europe. They are going to hire in Bangalore and Kuala Lumpur. Even top 33% ranking and SLS/manager roles are not going to be safe. The crude oil may remain at $40 longer and there is no other way for the company but to try this approach. We should all be taking action now and look for jobs as after a major layoff, the market will be further flooded with unemployed resumes.

Does exxon have any pull on these boards that enables them to have posts deleted.
I think there was a BCG consultant that made the post originally and she was open about what was happening. Did they get to him, does Exxon think it is the CIA or KGB lol.
