OSP engineer 80k-ish with 5 percent bonus for those who do not speak of problems and cook the books to do whatever it takes to make the numbers. Results prove year after year that their methods do not work, and they keep on keeping on. Trickery is the name of the game in the industry, and nothing innovative ever happens, or will with the culture.
