I heard they're already notifying people who are affected. Is this true or just fear talking?

Laid off on 9/18 - just saw notification that the severance will be deposited tomorrow. I received my boxes last Friday and sent my stuff back Friday afternoon. MA unemployment just deposited the last three weeks today.
Yep. Just wondering when the severance money is suppose to arrive. Maybe the same time as the laptop box - 5 weeks??!!
Yes layoffs have started. The first round was last month around the third week. I was laid off. Have received my separation agreement docs. Sent the signed docs but have yet to receive my severance.
More details? Just read through all the posts. Layoffs have been happening, and will continue. You never will know in advance if you’ll get laid off, but it will affect you regardless - so if the constant change & unknowns bother you, find a new job!
