Who else is hearing this? Getting this from a lot of sources, even in Digital where the money typically flows. Sounds like this is a big push from Rajat and has Gloria and Gail's blessing to even get out of contracts that Anthem would pay upwards of $5-10 million to get out of those.

I've heard the same re: Legato. MAJOR push to transfer as much as possible, will be a focus in 2021. Credible sources, unfortunately.
They'll spinoff Legato when laws are implemented to make offshoring more unattractive. Till then, they'll just keep adding there and taking jobs away from us.
