You will find no board actively involved in their company per Warren Buffet. CEOs don't like it. CEOs refer candidates to boards. People on boards usually sit on multiple boards and if they get a reputation for meddling they sit on no boards.
The X board is loaded with their C.I. cohorts, good luck with the OPs idea. Whizzing in the wind.
They are really appealing to a younger generation down in NC. And are changing the culture, going to spark innovation and compete with all the other tech cos in RTP. (ha joke of the day) – good luck competing. Its like the grandparent going to a college party. Trying to be hip. Incredible to watch the awkwardness – good luck competing for any talent in NC with the way Xerox treats employees and the benefits they offer. No chance of hiring top talent, only getting other companies sc-aps.
