Their IT is probably the entry level IT guy. I'm sure turning it off and on again or plugging it in would solve most of their problems.
@xnb+17ia7oXG Yes, they have always had dedicated IT staff for execs. There is a dedicated phone # for them and their admins to call. There is specialty hand holding service for meetings. Hell, there are dedicated rooms that peons can't even use for meetings. But this has been happening for years.
For IT they have “VIP white glove” service. That’s actually what it’s called in documents from EMIT.

They also have their own IT. Because they know regular IT support stinks and they don’t want to have to deal with it. VIP service. Surprise surprise their IT is US based.
