@1gcn+17iXhEl0 you're dumb of you don't think the company won't hire anymore. There is already significant age gaps, to keep things moving for the next few decades, they will still need to hire.
401K match won't come back. It was there to persuade and hire new emps which XOM won't do anymore.
But keep in mind - when that 7% match comes back -
at least 1000 shares of stock every two weeks!

You know the saying it's best to go with the current when you are at work? The same goes for a company in the marketplace. Going against the grain can with be spectacular win or loss. I'm sensing a loss here.
