I can't believe yall get bonuses! During these times it should all go away. I cant believe people are getting paid more to work from home. To cover utilities, the people that are actually going to work and putting up with all these covid19 rules should get paid more. Bunch of s—as if you ask me.

I made 20 years in July.

I was told by HR that service awards, including the 20Y Rolex are on hold until end of Q3. At the end of Q3 they said they are on hold until the end of October. I think I know what they'll say in November...

Regarding the 20-year Rolex, firstly.... thanks for your service and congrats on having actually made it 20 years! You need to contact your HR Rep or HR Manager and ask them for the link to the site where you order it from. It gets shipped to HR and they are supposed to present it to you at a dinner. However, Seniority events are probably canceled so you need to stay on top of HR aboit it and tell them you want it as soon as it comes in. Otherwise it will rot in their office.

The company is fighting for its life. Cut the CEO salary to one million a year and all executive suite salaries cap at $500,000 a year. If they do not like it let them find better jobs elsewhere. Schlumberger cannot afford to be an extravagant personal piggy bank for any employee at this time.

Schlumberger brothers must be spinning in their graves .... the top execs over the years driving this company right out of the industry. Very very sad it used to be a place I loved to come to work for!!!

Battered Schlumberger reported largest CEO-to-median employee pay ratio in 2019
Schlumberger Ltd. reported the highest CEO-to-median employee pay ratio and lowest median employee compensation in the oil and gas sector in 2019 as the struggling oilfield services giant faced steep financial losses.

CEO Olivier Le Peuch was paid 313 times the median annual total compensation of $71,021, the company reported in a mandated proxy statement. Le Peuch was the seventh-highest paid oil and gas executive in 2019, raking in a total adjusted compensation of $18.1 million — a 317% increase over his 2018 package of $4.3 million. Le Peuch was promoted to CEO in August 2019.

PIPs should be removed. They are only awarded for hastily made-up projects which add no profit or advantage to the company. Naturally they are not available to shop floor staff who have to sort out the messes made by the PIP receivers. It stinks.

Nobody in the company should receive a bonus or a pay raise until there are net profits for at least four consecutive quarters. It is important that this apply to all employees from the CEO on down. In the meantime everyone needs to be happy to have a paycheck and work as hard and smart as possible to return the company to profitability.

Schlumberger is losing massive market share and is burning through huge amounts of money. Instead of a bonus, consider your hapless selves lucky they are not asking you for money. You have been warned..... Prepare for the 3 rd quarter round-up speech on October 16th. Might be an idea to cut your losses and flog your worthless shares now.

Expected, especially with the next wave of redundancies being rolled out.

Just glad I’m still getting a salary
