If you don't know this by now, take note. Human Resources is a department created to protect the company, NOT YOU! When you report an incident it goes directly through the corporate executives to the Reginonal Managers. They are there to squash the potential disaster before it goes public.
I strongly urge everyone, if you have a serious problem with the company and it's management to see a good law firm. Keep dated notes regularly and witnesses are always best.
