Rumor is most of the current sales force is being axed today.

They are not done announcing. More cuts in sales all next week. Over the next 3 months there are going to be continued cuts. That is all this company seems to do lately.
Outside sales almost totally gutted. Inside sales leaders were cut and there is a plan to reduce that workgroup 60 percent over the next 90 days.
Looks like all Director 1 and Director 2 in GEMS MID, a few are being moved to GEAR. Also, letting go very low performers in MID segment. These cuts are in the west and the east, maybe inside sales as well. Most frontline mid business sellers are migrating to GEAR under a re-org.
What titles are being laid off and areas are affected?

This is the way Level3 operates by constantly laying off and rehiring and restructuring , Not sure how this saves / makes money but it must look good to someone on some spreadsheet at some office at some meeting on some conference call to some VP somewhere ...

A director in Apopka, about half the managers across the board and some front line people. Major cuts. And they lied to these people by telling them the organization was growing and “everyone had a job” when it was first announced.
Lies.
These fearless leaders are clowns! Go work for a real company away from these mo–ns please. You will be much happier and way less stressed!
I heard 70%+ of the sales staff throughout the company will be let go in the coming weeks.
It's true. I'm a sales leader, and 67% of my team will be notified tomorrow. It's all part of the "restructuring" of the new Lumen brand.
