UP's press releases still cites efficiency as reason for employee reductions, yet many of the departments cut, have employees working 6 days the very week after the cuts, if they were for efficiency, then the work load would not have to increase for remaining employees. UP won't publicly come out & say the cuts are solely for inflating the stock price. This company has went from a freight railroad to stock Influencer, strictly to line the pockets of executives & shareholders.
