How will we be notified? Will not selected and selected people get an email October 26? Anyone know anything?

In R3 the job owner will contact you via email if you are the successful candidate. Not sure if they change the process for R4. Good luck.
In R3 it was a teams chat call with representative that Monday morning after selections were finalized by HR (although some were given friendly informal heads up after their selection...even if that was against the rules in case some result was overturned later). It took some time depending on how many your rep was handling but in R3 those that did not hear by the following day correctly guessed they were in trouble. Lot more folks in R4 so notifications might take longer, but as a general rule the longer it is for you to hear after the announcements start the more likely it’s a negative outcome.
You will get the email and then a phone call if selected right when the selection is concluded (the Monday after) if not selected it will take few days to be notified
