HR requesting that employees confirm personal information. Probably standard procedure.. but with a long history of lay-offs, is this anything to be concerned about in the near future?

Within POLS I see that the new systems they are implementing will cause our large partners to end their contracts early. These small schools that they are marketing Project Pathways towards are not going to bring in the money. The new plan for recruitment will result in a bloodbath as our colleagues are going to be shown favoritism. KW and DK are setting us up for failure.

People understand each others' pain, specially during these difficult times.
Good luck!
There will be many more. Really tough times.
Sorry to hear that, can I ask what department you are in? Hope there are not going to be more mass layoffs.
Today was my day. It would have been six years this November.
Yes, but many people should become redundant once the #EnablingProgramme fully takes hold
Hey now, fellow Pearsonite! Nothing to see here! Keep your focus on #ImprovingLivesThroughLearning! You know what I say when HR begins their annual pre-layoff process? Don't take it Pearsonally :) Sure, we're #AlwaysLearning how to detect the next bloodbath. That's part of what makes us #OnePearson :)
Probably mostly interested in people's pronouns
Start looking for something else now people!
I’m sure they want to go to the efforts to get our personal information for “no reason”. No reason to worry. Just get back to work.
I am sure that it is nothing.
That’s what they did the last two times as well. They need an address to send your severance information to. Here comes the next bloodbath, sigh.
