severe repped adj : log on at 8am and log off around 6pm most days during the work week. I get about two claims per day and almost everyone of them has a demand due between 14-30 days. I usually log on a day during the weekend too not to swamped on Monday.

Unrep UM adjuster here. I'm a CL3 and make just under 57k.
Yes , how much does an adjuster job pay? Salary or hourly? Thank you
How much do CAT reps make? There are so many postings for CAT jobs. That seems like complete misery unless you are well compensated
Minimum 9-10 hours a day during a normal week. It is impossible to achieve their metrics without (and I am just a meets expectations). Some day depending how awful your claims/customers are can be much more. Have also worked on PTO days due to meetings, scheduled meetings, etc. This is corporate culture in America though, finding a decent paying job that doesn’t require this amount of time is scarce.
CAT adjusters work 7 to 7 minimum. If you are new and learning, waiting for help on an estimate or for an insured to get back to you..... 8 or 9 pm is a short day. Let us not forget that is 10 days in a row. One would think it would be seen as a huge sacrifice & provide you plenty of resources, pay, continuing ed. NO, NO, and NO. If you do not hit the insane metrics within 90 days, you are on a warning list....with little chance to recover.
If you work 45 hours a week, you give the company 6 weeks of free labor each year.
How much PTO do you get? When was the last time you saw a raise over 3%, but you regularly give 12.5% of extra labor?
People died for the 40 hour work week. Respect their sacrifice.
I frequently end up logging in at 7AM and logging off around 6PM, and will sometimes log in over the weekend.
Anyone who thinks that claims is "overstaffed" is a damn mo–n.
As many as it takes
