This could be the last cycle prior to the new cycle starting in Jan. Not all companies had been aligned on Jan 1 salary increases yet. So some are getting raises from the previous cycle still.

Is that the second raise you are getting this year or your salary treatment is in September?
I’m afraid that I can believe that executives, senior managers and many supervisors will be awarded raises, for achieving their goal of 8-10% staff reductions. It won’t matter how unfair, unethical, or potentially corrupt the process was, they’ll just see the result and regard it as a job well done. Bstrds!
Raises are happening this year for some. If you are a minority’s yes man, you will get a raise. I was drinking with a coworker, after a few shots of bourbon, I confessed to him that I get a 6% raise in September, he complained and said he only got 5% in August. He is a nice black guy but dumb as a box of rocks as they say down here. He is a cl28 or 30.
Pay in 2021 will be frozen - same salary you have as of December 2020

Multiple 1:1s are being setup so that raises can be discussed. But hey I got my raise.

No,you’re wrong. 401k match not coming back anytime soon.
Supervisors started communicating raises last week to the select few and was told to keep it very tight lipped to reduce uproar.
This ie not true. They will bring the 401k match before they give anyone raise. Zero salary treatment in 2021

CL28 and above will get their performance stock bonuses on top of yearly raises.
CL15 through 27 who ranked exceptional and exceptional with distinction will receive their yearly raises.

Poor grandma needs the dividend. More like a lot of people with huge RSU awards are getting millions of dollars from dividends on supposedly “restricted stock units”. They are just paying themselves out before the company shrinks / collapses
