I see now that Allstate have been recognized by the Ethisphere Institute as one of the world’s most ethical companies. I have some doubts. In fact, it’s better to say I was SHOCKED when I saw this, LOL What do you say? Do your experiences agree with this recognition of ethics?

We are always TOLD we do the right thing, pay the claims we owe and at a fair value. However, the systems in place don’t allow us to do that. Customer service is not their highest value no matter what they SAY, the proof is in their actions.
