Heard RA is impacting c&c too, hybrid cloud, data, security, what’s gtm model look like next year for software. Back to geo based portfolio based?? Any insights??

Yes C&C is IBM's big bet... unfortunately, like others, I had a slow year (utilization), and I guess I must be old!! IBM's is managing its business to reduce costs since revenue is not growing, and will most likely never grow based on the current (failed, another one!) strategy.
My advice to all IBMers is to keep your resume up to date and always keep looking. If you find something else, you should definitely consider leaving this sinking ship called IBM.
