Move on! That work environment is toxic and they pass out a dumb dumb s—er to show their appreciation of you! What a joke! If you can’t see the writing on the wall you are a fool! No raise in 6 years and decreased salary methodically calculated. Bonuses are a joke as the arrogant leaders bank! No thanks! Then they spend millions on rebranding and layoff employees to justify survival! Classless bunch!

Company who methodically measures performance on a "9 Box" b—s— metric and rarely give above a 5 rate, therefore saving the company millions of dollars in bonuses NOT delivered. Just start THERE and consider what this requires of the managers who have ZERO moral compass. NO pay raises in the future - that is a fact. Who works for a company with no promise for future growth???? Run, do not walk away from this ever-morphing zero value company.
I work in the UK - it's the biggest telco and related services market outside the United States so is a key market for Lumen, and it's where 90% of their EMEA employees are based. Jobs continue to be moved to Poland and India due to cheap Labor. This will accelerate until there's no staff left who speak English as their first language which will pi** customers off.
I hired on in 2002 ... there was never a year without layoffs. Sound like 2021 will break that trend? Don't count on it.
Can’t understand why they want the latest layoff of 10% of U.K. support staff be kept secret. Is blatantly obvious that the U.K. division is gonna be completely shuttered in favour of Poland. They announce it on the day the U.K. go back into lockdown and no doubt everyone will get the push 2 days before Christmas. Talk about vindictive.
Continued layoffs that are secretive and bold. The leaders can’t generate cash to pay for their salaries so they lay hard working people to satisfy their salaries! Only a wreck less company would spend a 100 million dollars on rebranding a t–d and then tell employees that the company must survive!? Really? Brilliant leaders who’s ideas fail over and over only to sustain their existence! Meanwhile, employees bust their hump to do what they are told only to get shafted in the end. Don’t buy from this company as if they aren’t loyal to their employees how the heck are they gonna be loyal to their customers?! They need to lay off on the Koolaid a bit and come back to reality!
Clueless, arrogant narcissistic people! They most certainly do think they are above you! The jokes on them as now they get to obtain employees that are outsourced! No one in their right mind wants to work for anyone in that company!
They will send us a little cup to use with Health Vue to take a Pee test every morning.
Metrics will change again. New safety measures will be implemented yet they will expect us to work faster. Probably another buzz will be expected so the customer knows what you had for lunch before you showed up! Etc.....
That's accurate
You get abused and blamed for everything. Slowly laid off and treated like the number you always were while the people above continue to act like they are better than you. You who worked to save customers as they throw them away. You who makes the company is being tossed out as yesterdays news. They are better and know more so just tuck it and go away.
