This is all part of the plan. Mass layoffs to get Tom and the boys their "cost savings" bonuses for 2020 and put an end of the year giddiness into shareholders. From what I have heard they have every intention of re-hiring many (not all but many) of the positions and areas they laid off but in lesser number if spots and often at lower starting pay bands. This aids in the "Transformative Growth" BS, lowers wage costs, and forces more onto the plates of employees so the company can get more "bang for their buck". Employees will be doing much more for their hourly or exempt wage. This also allows the company to cherry pick the employees they want that they could not just remove legally based on no real reason to do so. In many ways this layoff in many areas was a "spring cleaning" of sorts.
Was this planned or did they finally realize claims can’t not operate without the staff they laid off? What ever the reason, seems like a waste or money and resources by hiring people they just laid off.
Three LDU openings in Florida, all in Coconut Creek.
I would rather shovel pig sh!t 12 hours a day than return to this vile sewer of a company.
Yes, but one also needs to interview 🙄
I wonder if the impacted employees can apply for their position back
