This company is on a highway of ruination. The people installed in positions of delivering training and structure in “the new state” are brainwashed aliens lizards. They are spawn of EB, TW, and the like. Terrible delivery of this “new” company. Those laid off? Lucky dogs! Be glad ! The cr:p is coming down on everyone’s’ heads like a storm. The folks in the “Hubs” are making everyone’s life sheer hell. Field? You’re temporary until all the Hubs are up and humming. The personalities they’ve chosen to lead sound like computers not people. What a joke. The cult behind Allstate is alive and well. Why a shame.

They know how to make a buck and will do anything to achieve that goal At the cost of many good employees. It’s not right but it’s the path they are willing to follow. Employees are pounded with unbearable claim referrals at this time. It Shall be interesting to see how many people tap out due to the mental anguish and stress of not being able to keep up. Then mix in a feeling hopeless because of in an unending sea of claim referrals.
Wow so many downvotes. I forgot you’re only allowed to be super negative about the company on this forum. I understand a lot of people were burned and that s—s but let’s be real, this isn’t exclusive to Allstate and the company isn’t likely to fail. Transitions can be a rough process.

I wouldn’t put EB in there. He has actually handled the situation pretty well, and not had his nose up at all.
The company no longer cares about the customer or employee. It’s all about the stakeholders. I’m confused why the previous poster thinks the company will do well. If all “3800” (we know that’s a lie) pull their business and urge friends and family to do the same they will suffer greatly. Not to mention when they can’t use our 401k investments to bargain with. Screw Allstate I hope they go down in smoke and I hope they had to pay Dennis H. Out the a– because they are racist f**ks!
In all honesty, when the chuckleheads in charge decide to pat themselves on the back and declare TG a rousing success, Allstate will be poised to continue to lose market share to modern, innovative and well managed competitors.

In all honesty the company will probably do very well once all the transformative growth is over. It’s just a shame the process included several rounds of layoffs. I feel bad for those who are losing their careers.
