Allstate is very fortunate they avoided this class action lawsuit from Dennis Haysbert and the NAACP last week.
Mr Haysbert was ready to hire a top associate from the late Johnny Cochran firm however Allstate decided to settle outside the courts. They decided to still use his voice just not his image or likeness.
Similar to Uncle Ben and Aunt Jemima stare decisis precedents. Just kidding on this one however it was hilarious!
No matter who you are you gotta admit that SNL skit was timely and Allstate definitely needed to be throw under the bus some!!!!! I’m praying for everyone impacted by the layoffs!! Stay strong!
