Been lurking here for awhile some stuff is off the wall insane but most is true. How hard does optum dispute unemployment behavior lately from management is insanely psychotic.

I was laid off earlier this year and now have a new job. I miss my old team but my new job is so much better. People do their job function. Managers support their staff and make plans for 2021. The back stabbing and Machiavellian scheming is not there. The headcount reduction pressure is not there. I had some good times with my old team but it was mainly due to closeness gained while coping with the madness. There really are better corporate cultures out there, don't be like me and stay and suffer until they push you out the door.
