This can't keep happening. They remove one more person from my team and we might as well lock the door and throw away the key. I think that people who decide who to lay off have no idea what most of us are doing and what (and how many people) it takes to get something done. I don't see any other explanation.

When we first started using Zoom, someone from Austin said “Wow your tan!”

I’m in the West Coast. I guess they don’t have tan people like me, a Pacific Islander, that speaks Kings English with a Masters Degree. It’s not the first time I have heard “I thought she would be blonde”
I came here casually after months. Are there any layoffs going on or coming soon to Dell ?
