Thread regarding Norfolk Southern Corp. layoffs

Roanoke will start seeing a lot more work due to the reliability that comes out of SCX. Calling people back that laid off remains on the table.

Call backs on the table in 2022-2023 when 1/3rd of machinists and electricians go into retirement.

The reliability out of SCX, yes that's true, calling back i don't see it. They are doing more with less, 1 machinist and 1 electrician changing a TM. Unless they start running more units this way call backs won't happen. Normally about 10-12 in the shop,
