Would love to see the employees of all Insurance Co's across the board organize and stand up to unfair labor practices, unfair wage practices. These large corporations will continue to squash employees into submission if we all don't stand together. It is unlawful to stop employees from discussing or forming an organization, it is unlawful to terminate employees that are discussing organization off site, off work hours.

I would stay away from professional organizations like the CPCU and the like. They are often very close to management and rely on companies to pay members' dues.
I think you'd be better off starting with the AFL/CIO or SEIU. Be brave, but be careful
Well, after all, these are unprecedented times! I think if someone were able to start the union organizing process anonymously, there would be an overwhelming vote for it.
Seems like every time this subject comes up on this forum, some management or HR troll gets on here and makes negative comments to try to steer us away from the idea. Hmm...but it keeps coming up !! There’s a valid reason !! No one has to ask why!!! Now is the time! Do it for yourself and for future employees in our country that may end up having to work for this cesspool. Is there local state chapter claims adjuster organizations? That might be a place to start.
I don't disagree with one word you said. However the company will not tolerate unionization or ever talk of such. They always seem to find a way to eliminate those that utter the subject. And in terms of unlawful? This is the same company whose CEO and VPs partake in insider trading, that terminate and lay off based on age and race, have unequal pay based of demographics, and skimp out on paying overtime.
