What does Pay Modeling Application tell you about your position? If you are below the midpoint, should you quit or ask for a raise? If you are at the midpoint, what does that imply? How about If you are way above the midpoint?

I don't get why people rail on CEO pay - it's not like the money would come to us if his salary was lowered. It'd go to shareholders, you know that. So I'm fine with the pay so long as we get some ROI on it. But we don't, so I can kinda see your point. 2 CEOs in a row who focus on virtue signaling while the entire place burns.
I take you posting here as a sign that you really should start looking elsewhere.
I got 12% pay increase after a market adjustment. It doesn't mean anything. Just get used to 1% pay increases while CEO gets 50% pay increases.....
If you are way above the mid point that's a red flag. This makes you in high risk category in case of RIF to meet the quarterly EPS guidance number to stock market.
TBH, it means they want you out or they’re OK to squeeze you to the point you’d want to quit
