Soooo for those of us Fu*kers that got shown the down through a PIP/PIL, when do we get our vacation paid? Anyone got any info? I've tried to find out through EM Benefits and other places, but it's a circular cell reference of bad info or "I'll look into that for you."

So - OP - let's do the calculations:
Your wage - say $85 an hour.
Your hourly day - say 8 hours.
Your remaining vacation - say 25 days.
85x8x25 = $17K
multiplied by IQ - think you are due about $9K.
Talk with your Admin (as instructed in your PIP/PIL notice).
The process is that you have to agree with your local timekeeper (usually your Admin) about how much vacation you have remaining. Then she has to get it approved by your Supervisor and someone higher up, if your Supervisor doesn't have the appropriate DOAG.
It can be frustrating enough, just making sure that the numbers agree - but then you might also finding yourself sending reminder e-mails to your Admin and/or your Supervisor to keep checking on them ("Have you sent the numbers?", "Have you received them?", "Have you approved them?", etc.) It's worse because you are no longer on the company network and there's a high probability that your e-mails are going straight into the junk folder. I think that's what happened to me, because I was getting no response from my Admin, very infrequent responses from my former supervisor and I only got anything back from them when I texted them (I got the cell phone numbers from the one person at work that I stayed in contact with).
I’m wondering if they will take out health, dental, life, United way, etc etc on the vacation check too.
@1igc+17Nrr1U3 AMEN! Gosh I wish I wasn't golden handcuffed and stop putting up with this junk years ago. This company is full of it! I'm actually really really happy I was PIP'ed and headed for the door. I haven't slept this good in years.

You're ashamed by the use of a bleeped out cuss word, but probably ok with the fact that EM is going to layoff people less than 2 weeks before Christmas! Now that's disgusting and simply classless (I'm a pure capitalist even). It's all about the divy is it, or your own job isn't. How many "coffee chats" have you had recently trying to save your own skin?? Hope it works out for you.

How does payroll not sending your check equate to an admin not doing their job? Judging by the comment OP can’t find anyone “doing their job”.
You should contact your former Supervisor or Manager. It’s obvious that the Admin failed to do his/her job. The Admin processes the information, Manager sends approval to Payroll. Payment is released 30 days after your last day worked. Good luck.
