If it's just you it's a firing but a bunch of people it's a layoff. SSNC too cheap to give us little people a layoff package but we are dispensable enough for them to make up reason to fire you and pay you nothing. How I missed the chopping block is beyond me.

Its amazing this company is still in business. Every employment law is ignored. The favoritisms and discrimination that goes on is rampant. Employees are made to work overtime without being paid for overtime worked. If employees complain about not being paid or about work conditions they are let go.
