What is the starting salary of a CSL?
CL3 inside property adjuster
CL3 Va/field adjuster
I am currently a CL3 and make $55k as an inside adjuster. I have been with the company for 3 years and want to make sure my pay is in line with what it should be.
Not sure your market, but I'm in LDU as a CS2 making $56k. Been here under a year.

This point is moot because an adjuster in Pune India will do the same job for about $5K per year....and that is where your job will eventually go. Stock holders have to make a profit you know....
I was laid off. However I don’t see why the hostility against the OP. The company hates when people compare salaries to each other because of the lack of ethical treatment that can occur between employee and manager. The s— ups in those with the personality that is liked by the manager often seem to get the better raises Even though the entire team works hard and the actual work product at the end of the day it’s not all that different from one another.
I say, expose away on the differing salaries! I was let go with 100% file quality but had much tenure and tended to speak up when something wasn’t right. This is no place to insult each other or tell each other what kind of post they need to have. Peace to all!
You can find the salary bands and what they pay on the intranet. Go to the main Allstate page (Allconnect) and search for 2020 salary bands. You will find the PDF out there with all your answers and so much more. This info is out on the intranet, it is not hidden. Though not many people know about it.
