Somethings don’t feel right in CRT. Consolidating to 6 teams with some teams having 30 people or more department wide, several Sups leaving to work in other departments, still consistently no work available for the past 6 months, email sent to all of organizational changes. Smells like looming layoffs in the air? How the hell do you managers sleep at night with all the lies you tell? Where’s any compassion you so speak of that you demand of the employees? So says you?

Everyone is just out for themselves. Morals and compassion will not help you in this workplace. Survival and self preservation before anything else. Sorry to hear Good Luck.
