Does anyone else notice how, paradoxically, the Transformative Growth (that someone mentioned in any of the previous threads) actually worsens the service? It's totally clear that the path of “growth” means workers "absolutely overwhelmed"! How can I satisfy customers when I can just do so much work in a day. They are trying to squeeze the last atom of energy out of us and that is simply wrong.

The leadership at the very top just don't care anymore. Their bank accounts are fat and happy and things can go to complete crud and they can take the money and run. That's what Shapiro did after he destroyed Liberty Mutual.
And this has trickled all the way down. Officers, site directors, DM's, HR, front line leaders all are over the misdirection and incompetent running of this company. We has seen great peers thrown out like garbage into the plague all while burying those of us left in mountains of extra work, chasing impossible goals and metrics with low chance of raise and promotion. Hopelessly chasing imaginary brass rings. Morale is to the point where it may never recover and customers are being abused and neglected and are leaving for other carriers. Nothing will change with our current leadership as they are so out of touch with this company because at this point they simply don't care.
Lol I did a callback VA the other day and the shop said they put in the request.... 4 HOURS ago, but we’re “slow” right now, imagine when we’re not.....wonder how insureds feel about this
Taking a lunch break even When working from home is impossible now. They want you logged in and the workload has increased . They said in the town hall meetings that there’s less vehicles on the road meaning we should be slow . We need help !
Soon, overwhelmed employees will physically and mentally tap out. The Allstate production quotas over the years were mostly out of reach on purpose to hold back pay increases. Customer service will survive only by hard working employees that look past the corporate chaos and truly feel for the consumer. This will only last so long, this company will soon destroy the last remaining fibers of employee-employer relationship which will result in a mass mutiny.
Pre-layoff too, what a disaster
