Well, HV does a bit of bragging about "Social Innovation". Apparently that is limited to brochures and press releases.

It’s clear HV can’t survive as a stand-alone company.
I wouldn’t be surprised if another Minori type project is already in the works to divest or have HV be acquired. That’s how Tokyo does it (divest dying companies by having it be absorbed via some M&A). Sad but necessary, unfortunately.

Why the F##k everyone of these highly Paid industrial leaders the company hire since 2016 are full of $h!t, incompetent, drove the company into the ground, laid off so many good people. When I heard on TV ".. we are rounding the corners.. ", I saw the similarity to these highly Paid industrial leaders in the company. SAD!!

Brad's departure is much overdue. He drove the company into the ground, laid off so many good people when he came in and replaced entire teams with his cronies from failed GE digital. He is getting a taste of his own medicine now. Sanjay was collateral damage as a Brad appointee I think.
Catriona and Jonathan were just two more execs among the myraid of other poor choices that have been made (including GK himself).

Brad Surak, Catriona Fallon, Jonathon Martin and Sanjay Chikarmane are out. Brad has been worthless since day one - actually worse than worthless - he has been a negative since day one. After helping driving GE into the dust he comes to Hitachi and does the same. Martin is just a parrot of the company line. I don't know a lot about the other two.

Hitachi, Ltd. just renewed another 24 months series Hitachi Vantara seasons in July 2020.
Are we expecting two Cognizant folks to have already been earmarked for these positions?
From GE to Hitachi Vantara, if he failed the "Fit to Compete" score, He could go to Cognizant to continue Cognizant's "‘Fit For Growth"
When all these manageement are "FATs" for the company, how could they expect their employees "Fit to Compete" or "‘Fit For Growth" ??

Brad has been selling BS to upper rmanamgent and customers. His "impressive" revenue and Y/Y "profit" to an unbelievable direction may proof its time for him to pack. But people in these level, always left with lots of $, after they screw the company. its a Win-win for them. other VP or SVP brought in several useless management team 3-4 years ago was let go last year. just wondering if any of these useless management team are on their way out too.
