Getting ridiculous.....HR offering bonus if you refer someone, but no raises for most (talking about increases to keep even with inflation, so not really a raise). So besides having an ever increasing workload we are now being asked to do HR's job! Yeah come to work here, where careers and hope dies

Giving up on Windstream. Put out the word and looking elsewhere. I am not going to train the new minions that work for less and lack the relevant formal education. Hope to be an ex-windstreamer soon!!!!
When I resigned from Windstream they refused to pay out my vacation time. I believe that policy changed when the company went into bankruptcy. HR wasnt helpful at all and wouldnt give me a straight answer on what the policy was, big surprise
Sure employee engagement numbers are up.....is this the fictious 'most engaged' group. On an all hands call now claiming wonderful numbers. PROVE IT!!! WHERE THE RAISES???

9% raise, must be a lie. I got nothing. This must be a lie or I need to reach out to my VP and ask why I was excluded since Director will not discuss.
There are raises going out. You have to have a management team willing to fight for it. If you aren't getting a raise it is because your management team isn't going out and getting you one.
The referral bonuses are dumb. If the company did a better job of retention we wouldn't bleed talent so badly.
I guess when your CEO makes comments about it not being a jail. People take him up on that and you end up in situations like this as a corporation.
