Claims New Zones and Assignments

New claim zones and assignments are being laid out this week, adding new states and taking away some states to each zone. It Seems our jobs will only became more difficult and open up to future DOI complaints and incorrect information as we are now excepted to know so many state guidelines and information.

, they really need to look at the exempt vs non-exempt status which would slow these companies down or make them pay overtime for being overworked.

Allstate already handled that, CA law/lawsuit forced Allstate to make all claims adjusters hourly, so what did Allstate do? They closed every single claims office in CA and moved them out of state to pay them c-ap and force them to work unpaid overtime. Now they are trying to move employees completely out of the country to India to pay pennies on the dollar. I'm sure the customers will love it when someone answers the phone in an accent so thick they cannot understand anything they say.

The new Allstate is $15 an hour for adjuster positions. You will get $15 claim service as well so look out

I’ve worked for a company that did something similar. It wasn’t fun but I learned a lot. A lot of people left and went to work at Allstate. Now the cycle continues...

I am not in that role anymore. However, this behavior won’t stop until more regulations are put on this industry so they can’t just k–l adjusters with being overworked and underpaid. Honestly, they really need to look at the exempt vs non-exempt status which would slow these companies down or make them pay overtime for being overworked.

Anymore...the pay doesn’t match the work as an adjuster. Lucky for them the unemployment numbers are so high they will get away with it for now.
