Anyone know who at the sr director level in engineering that quit?
Anyone sane is running away or quits almost immediately . New management by CEO and his sidekick ... is so toxic and so obviously into cronyism.

We have to let the new team time to enrich themselves for a year. They worked hard to find a turkey like rezi.
They need to be rewarded. More private jets and 500k packages for all their friends!!!!

Not a question of money for that position we are now trying with 350k base plus stock and bonus and relocation.

Sr director hardware for comfort . Multiple time a person accepted that role and then comes and immediately quit. No 2 weeks.

Well that is not surprising! The whole concept of a one Resideo app for connected home was a pipe dream! Google is going to eat our lunch. And dinner and dessert!

What makes you say someone quit at that level in Engineering? Quit immediately or gave two weeks?
Our new CEO doesn’t give a c-ap about employees. All he cares about is the bottom line. Wish he was just honest about it.
